About Fann
A Valdosta builder with a home on the coast.
Elliott Fann started Fann Construction in Valdosta in 1994 and opened a second location on St. George Island in 1999.
Since then the company has built more than 500 custom homes, with projects stretching from the Florida Panhandle coast up into Middle Georgia. Fann works as a design-builder, general contractor or construction manager, whichever fits your project, and brings years of coastal construction experience to every elevated home it builds.

Do you build on my land?
Yes. We build custom homes on your lot, whether that's acreage in South Georgia or a beach lot on the Gulf. Still choosing land? We're glad to walk a property with you first.
Can you build on the coast?
Yes. We've built elevated homes on pilings on St. George Island and along the Panhandle for years, and know what coastal building codes and conditions demand.
Do you do remodels and repairs too?
Yes. Along with new homes we handle additions, remodels, historic restorations and insurance repairs after water, fire, wind or mold damage.
What does a custom home cost?
There isn't one standard number. Price depends on your plan, your lot and your finishes. We'll price your home in writing before you commit.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on size, permitting, selections and weather. Once your plan and finishes are set, we'll give you a schedule for your build.
